bug is crashing Spybot S&D

I'm cleaning a computer for someone else, WinXP Home SP1. I've run CCleaner, Spybot S&D (1.3 with updates), Ad-aware 6 with updates, Stinger, Vcleaner, the online scans from Trend-Micro & Panda Software, Spywareblaster, CWShredder, Kill2me. Most of them found things at various times, among them Qhost.l and trojan W32/Mapson.d. (all in safe mode) Also System resotre is turned off. I was able to do Win. updates 1/2 way through cleaning up, so they're current. I've run HijackThis several times & cleaned up most everything that doesnt look like it belongs. At present the symptoms are I get msg in normal mode after startup that "Could not load or run C"\Windows\System32\Services\y.exe specified in registry". But I cant find any references in the regsitry. At first in Hijackthis log there were a lot of about:blanks, so I ran registrar lite, but there was no dll at AppsInit_dlls, the value was set to 1. The 2nd symptom is Sypbot finishes but gives me an error in the list, "Xabot [Ungultiger Datentyp fur". It also finds 2020Search-Bonzi Buddy-Cydoor-DSO Exploit-eAccelerator-ebates-Money Maker-Hotbar--When I try to delete them it says it cant, except for DSO exploit, and it says it will delete the rest upon startup but it never runs at startup either in normal mode or safe mode. As an update, I found the text of Spybot's error on Net-Integrations forums, they said beta to 1.3.1 posted Aug 5 or 6th solved it; I downloaded & installed Beta of Spybot, didnt fix problem, changed text to read 'Xabot invalid data type for" which maybe it was that in German already. Thanks

I had initially posted a msg on Net-Integration forum about the spybot errors themseleves, and although they have gone away (must have just needed a re-boot) it's still not cleaning everything, waiting till startup and then running again & still saying things are in memory. However, someone in that forum asked me to post a hijack this log there, so rather than 2 people looking, you can close this unless you are feeling strange & would like to look at the problem also.
