Bugcode_usb_drivers and irql_not_less_or_equal BSOD's

    Hello,

    I have the same issues as well. What's strange is that I never had the problem for a few months. But now it suddenly appeared.
    phc700.sys is the cause and I tried to uninstall and reinstall the camera (philips spc 700nc) and that did not fix the problem.

    Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it ? Thank you!
