Build a Desktop Computer

Hi, I want to build a new desktop Computer for myself. I have gone through all the brands and specs for purchasing one. But with the specs I need the price is going a little higher than my budget. So I decided to assemble myself one. Since I am a noob at building PC's and hardware stuff I need you experts help.

Desktop PC Technical Specifications I need:

Intel Core i5-2300 Processor

Processor Speed 3.20 GHz

Operating System Architecture 64-bit

Memory: 6GB2 DDR3 RAM [Upgradable upto: 16 GB]

Monitor: LCD Screen 25'' to 27'' Inches.

Total Hard Drive Capacity 500 GB

My Budget is around $ 570 - 600 [i.e 25000 to 26000 INR]
I am purchasing/ assembling in India.
What are the parts I would need to build a speedy and cheap PC?
Please give me suggestions of a Company desktop too.

I would go another route and this is what I always suggest: I would buy a barebones PC and add the few missing components. You get a good deal going this route. TigerDirect and NewEgg are frankly the only 2 you need to consider.

You may need to go a different route as NewEgg doesn't ship internationally.
