    I've been researching for a long while and updated today.
    (An early Christmas present with the better half's approval;))

    Any comments on component reliability or compatibility?
    Hardly anything I have is reusable (because of age), so whole new kit from top to bottom.
    Should be future proof for a good long while.:major

    Looks good, I was actually planning a very similar system but Im leaning towards E8500 and less expensive mainboard. I'll probably upgrade to Core i7 when Windows7 is out.

    good setup and all. the pc power and cooling units are top notch and all I use anymore. they are rated at SUSTAINED watts instead of peak wattage.the rails are rock solid too. enjoy :)
