building a cimputer

Is this a good computer build?
ok building a computer this is what i want it to do
run hmdi to tv are [2 tvs}
for hd movies and video and simultaneously
watch tv while playing games on monitor mostly 3d and virtual online games want to be able to utilize high-in graphics of games and movies
and run dual montiors
this is what i'm installing

4 USB ports
hdmi,vaga.....so-on

can upgrade to 32GB
wifi
is this a good set up for 870.00 dollars
i'm concerned with the graphic card and memory
trying to stay under 1.000 dollars on build but don't want to skimp
on the important parts should i change anything?
can go up to 1300.00 but don't want if can help it ,did find this prebuilt

I dont mean to appear rude but the firstly the extra carriage returns in your post make it very dificult to follow and your parts list is very fragmented and does not have specific make and models so it is dificult to tell whether you build is good or not. Can you please post specific parts with the manufacturer and model (you can copy and paste it from the site that you are buying) and put one component on one line.

as you would expect for the extra money the prebuilt is better than the one you plan to build.
