are there any incompatability problems with these parts? ive done my research and just want to make sure. i also need a recomendation on a psu and case. i think i need a powerful psu due to the mobo, cpu, and the graphics card is suppuse to take up alot as it being a pci express.

Well first off you won't be needing that Soundblaster, there is 8-channel onboard. Todays onboard sound isn't anything like it was a few years ago.

As far as Power Supplies go...check out PC Power & Cooling, they make rock solid PSU's.

When looking at cases.....check how the fans are to be mounted & make sure it has plenty of room for all your stuff. If ya got money to burn, then check out the Lian_li cases. They are sweet. All aluminum O O OH!!!

    whoah wait up,
intel overclocking boards are bad for overclocking
try an asus or some other brand of board

be sure to buy the Retail CPU that comes with HSF and 3 year warranty. Then i suggest getting a watercooling setup with good reviews because the Prescotts run very hot with just stock settings. This way you can achieve a better OC.
