Burn Iso To Cd?

Hi! I have an ISO file with some utilities to fix a password on a Win7/64 laptop as I don't currently have the Administrator password. Where can I find a program to burn an .ISO file to a CD-RW? I have a Win11/64 computer to burn the CD.

I was just burning a CD, and the program stopped at 68% complete. I clicked Cancel. It heard me but won't cancel.

 

I tried it again, and it stopped at 48%. Let me try another CD.

 

I tried another CD. This time, it stopped at 5%.

I tried your technique but didn't see the option. I tried ImgBurn again, and, this time, it worked.
