I need to make some cds from music i've burnt to my computer with WinAmp. Could i just use WIndows Explorer to add the files to the CD or (more preferably) is there a program that will do it for me? Can i download a program that'll convert the files to .mp3?

    iTunes will convert .aac files.

How would i get the songs into iTunes? Just open the files with iTunes?

If he gets them in itunes, he can burn them to audio CDs directly.

    But they're already in WinAmp.

They are not in WinAmp, you are able to play them in WinAmp because you have an encoder to allow you to. The files are in a directory, and you will just have to download iTunes to Convert and burn to CD.

Oh so i can just go to the directory, right-click, and use iTunes to open them and burn them to a CD?

Yes. Actually if you have iTunes search for the media, it will find it on its own. Personnally, I keep all of my music in the "My Music" folder, and stuff like Podcasts (great stuff there) in a Podcasts folder.

One thing that I do appreciate about Podcasts are that not only can you listen to stuff that you would otherwise not be able to, I found a great site out of it that is a VidCast http://www.rocketboom.com

Great story on Amanda Congdon the host of Rocketboom: http://www.tvpredictions.com/rocketboom121205.htm

    Oh right ok thanks. :D

One last question, where do i add it? I go to File>>Add Folder To Library and then find the folder and click ok but it doesn't seem to load into iTunes.

It should show in "Library". Try closing and rebooting and see if it will show.

No it doesn't work. Sort of why i'm using WinAmp instead of iTunes. iTunes is pretty rubbish. Any programs i can use to change the files into .mp3 format or whatever format CDs support?

How is it rubbish, when other people have had no problems with it. The program should work, but you will not know until you use it.
