    damm. i got cut off..
    realtrek sound manager - AvRack
    winamp
    windows mwedia player

some of these are obviously spare but i don't know where they came from. to the best of my knowledge i haven't downloaded any CD software, but Zoe may have done. remember this has to be simple. i want the Cd's for my own personal use. i would like to download some of the music i had to leave in england. (cream, the band, Nealson's the point, Beatles, stones, Jethro Tull, Floyd, dire straights, early prince, etc. predominately late sixties, 70's and eighties.) not that they would be any good now. was there ever a way to copy an album from record to CD?? lol.
so what do i use? where do i go? how do i do it?
much aloha and thanks in advance. http://www.anchoredbygrace.com/smileys/comic11.gif

    Hi Laurie,

You should check out CDBurnerXP 3.0.113 Beta - People seem to like it!

Also - There ARE some nifty tools available to copy records to CD while removing a lot of unwanted noise such as hisses and pops. I've been meaning to do this for years since I've got a lot of rare vinyl which hasn't been reissued on CD. Just haven't been able to find the time to look into it seriously. Yet ;)

I prefer Nero 6 Ultra (although not free).
