Burning Data

I had a Free Program called CD Burn XP or something like this.

It lets you Burn Audio CDs or Data CDs and a lot of things.

I lost it can anybody Tell me the Name of it so I can get it again?

As I Install it it says This Program Can Not Access This File Another Program May Be Useing It.

Is there another Simple Program like this one?
