Burning with Nero

I downloaded this file and it comes with a *.img, *.ccd, and *.sub. I have seen *.img files before and I know Nero can burn then if I choose to open it in the burning rom. But what are the *.ccd and *.sub files? Will the img file load those 2 properly or is there a better/more appropriate way to burn the cd?

Its a cd, why?

 

The ccd extension was made by CloneCD and is a text file. To extract the image, use ISOBuster and then you should be able to burn with Nero.
