Buying new LCD

I going to buy new LCD at least 19"

I'm looking for good deal, Prefer to keep under $450.
Suitable for gaming, 3yr warranty, 12ms or faster, DVI Digital & Analog RGB inputs.

I have the 17" Hyundai Image Quest, and I am VERY, VERY pleased with the product itself!!!!!!

Well, I went with the Samsung Syncmaster 930B
Went looking at Best Buy It looked so good had to get it.
I talked them into matching online price from Circuit City $367 and I'll have $20 rebate comming from Best B.
I could have saved a couple more buck's online, but thought if I had any problem's or dead pixeles I can just return locally to Best B, 14 day return policy for any reason.

Damm, no DVI cable with it, but I knew that.
