C: Drive Missing?

Hi

I admit I was dabbling with the registry to fix the edit/paint issue - and succeeded- but now my C: Drive has 'vanished'?

I remember twiddling with it, but can't remember where?

Also:

If you have System Restore turned on, you can revert to a time before the change.
