c:\my backups Question

    I purchased a Gateway GM4019E from ebay and there are a lot of pictures, documents and programs that are in the c:\my backups folder can I safely delete them?

    Thank you for your response. I have to order a recovery disk from another website because one didn't come with the computer and Gateway doesn't have them anymore. I didn't want to delete anything from that folder and then find out that I had done something wrong. I think I'll wait until I get the recovery disk before I delete anything.
