C++ program executable?

How do I make a C++ program an executable. Basically, I want to take my C++ program and convert it to a .exe file so that it can easily to run on several computers.

Compile it.

http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/ is a simple compiler that I use that can be downloaded for free.

 

All of the compilers I have experience with (and I will be the first to admit that isn't many) don't have an option to interpret the C++ source without building the actual machine code.
What compiler/IDE are you using? Possibly you actually have the .exe floating around in a sub-directory and its just a case of finding it. I'm sure from all the people that read this forum there will be someone who has a miriad of experience with the compiler you are using.
