C# Programming Certs - Which Ones Are Good

Since Microsoft retired their official C# certification, I was curious if anyone has any insight to alternative certs that employers would care about.

I am looking at this strictly through the lens of job hunting and stacking my resume for an entry level position. I'm not worried about which are the best, just which ones employers care about...if those 2 things overlap then all the better, but employment is priority number one.
