cable boxes

    Hi my name is Antoinette. If i'm posting this incorrectly then here's my apology, in advance.

    I've unintentionally deactivated my cable channel in the menu of my cable box. Now my cable box won't boot up. Can someone tell me how 2 fix this? Thanks 4 ur assistance. My box is an Echostar and the service is dish network.

    Hi Antoinette, the 1st thing that I would do is contact my service provider.

    I personally would rather have my gums scraped than deal with calling my cable company, but sometimes it is absolutely necessary.
