I have recently purchased a VHS to DVD program that requires a RCA cable. I have a different cable I purchase several months ago, I think, to use with a TV.
It is 6 ft long, Has a Monster logo on it and a logo that says, "HX" or "IHX" certified. On each end it has three connections; green, red & blue. 2 part question: what kind of cable is this and can I use it for the RCA cable?

    Thanks!

Both ends are RGB - I am using Roxio Easy VHS to DVD. You have any other ideas about this cable?

RGB colors on the ends of cable are mostly to signify they are to be used with the red/green/blue out from a video player; if they look like RCA connectors that is just what they are...Usually you will see RCA in red/white and yellow, yellow being used for the video...its just a cable with two wires, just like RG58 is just a two wire cable,,,albiet one with a center conductor where the information usually RFI is sent and a shield that is used as ground, but if you put an RCA jack on both ends then you can use it as RCA. I hope this helps and makes sense.
