Cable Organizer Advice Needed

I didn't know where to post this...One of my friends is a borderline neurotic with the 14 cables all the parts of his computer use. Alot of wires man, like from the power, palm, printer, speakers, digital camera, monitor, etc. For the holidays his wife is looking for a cable organizer, to fit behind his desk on the floor, so the 14 wires are all separated. Right now they overlap easily and he is always wasting time neating up their line so they don't. She is willing to buy two or even three, unless there is one massive cable organizer. Her budget is $35-$85. Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
