Cadkey 99?

    how much does anyone know about Cadkey 99 i need to know something but i can't get it to work on my end i want to know if it's possible to extrude a curved surface from a 2d to a 3d form to make it readily available and usable on another program when converting it from a wireframe in cad to a parasolid model and converting that parasolid to a .3d model file? anyone?
