cain&able antivirus wont let me ignore?

I use avira anti virus. and periodically it will pop up say cain&able is a trojan which i know it isnt. But i press add to ignore list and everything seems fine for a few days. But than like maybe 3 to 5 days later the same message pops up saying that cain&able is a trojan after i already told the av that it needs to be added to the ignore list always. Any one have any ideas on why it wont remember the ignore list?

 

From what I understand, you will need to add the detection to exception .
Point #3 and #4 as quoted seem pertinent.
