I just got a computer from a friend. I am running Windows XP on it and it is pretty clean. I went to set up my camera drivers so I could upload pics and whatnot and the drivers installed fine, but when I connect my camera to the computer nothing happens. So I decided to try the webcam feature on my camera and it said that the BIOS were disabled. I noticed when I boot my computer up there is a message saying No BIOS were detected or something like that. Is this the problem? I don't know how to enable BIOS. Or is something possibly wrong with the USB card? When I plug the camera into the USB slot, the camera turns on like it should and displays the regular message on the screen, but nothing happens on the computer itself. Thanks for any suggestions.
