I have a Dell 4100 100mhz with 512 ram it has a video ATI Rage 128 Pro video card. I just recently installed an Logitech QuickCam IM camera. After two or three days I finally got it loaded so that my computer recognizes it. It takes pictures fine. The problem is when I select video capture I get an error message"Hvideos2 is causing an error with MSVCR71.DLL" try and restart your computer. I am am just a novice with limited computer experience, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using ME and it is up to date. I downloaded the latest driver from Logitech and tried a clean boot install. Same problem.
