Camera driver problems

Hey all
Need some help
I have a cheapy velo 2400 digi cam that can also work as a web cam. But this is the problem.When i pug it in windows auto's the install of a driver... The driver is "sunplus".

I have the driver and cd for it but i can find a way for windows to except the right driver for it. The driver that it auto installs from windows just makes the camera in a storage device which is good for getting the pics but not what i want, as the normal driver does this aswell

i think ive tryed almost every way....does any one know how i can make windows NOt auot install a driver? oir any other ideas?
