my son took a vdo with my camera that he wanted to upload to youtube, however I keep getting this message"Unfortunately, media.io doesn’t support the format of DSCF3205[5]."
I have now tried numerous "Free online files converting sites" but they all give me the "unsupported file type"? :confused
I cannot even get it onto Picassa
Im running explorer 8 with Chrome.
    Can somebody help :)

DSCF3205 sounds like a file name, not a file type. If you right click the file and click properties does it tell you what file type it is? If not then that's more your problem, nothing knows what kind of file it is to convert it too or display it.

    Yea,
that's the thing....................I have checked properties and it does not state what file type it is.
How can I remedy this(change the file type :major

Right click the file, click Rename, then add a .mov to the end of the file name (or whatever file type extension is supposed to be).
