Can Anyone Help Catch A Hacker?

I think I have a way to trace a hacker. The hacker made my system send him information using the two "Destinations" folders. Those are used only for people who have some kind of mobile device, so the entries would just get mixed up among the normal ones and wouldn't be noticed.Then they can send info back to the hacker.
For example, any time I write in notepad and save it, immediately an entry appears in the Custom Destinations folder. Usually. Sometimes the Automatic one is used. So the entry is sending the contents of my notepad file to the hacker. It happens randomly when I'm online. I am denied access if I try to open them, but maybe an expert can.
I have saved a big bunch of these files. An expert could probably trace where they're aimed at going, and pin down the hacker, or at least get some major information about the hacker.
I KNOW these items are going to the hacker because I use no mobile devices. These folders should always be empty. Therefore every single one of these items is a lovenote to the hacker.
Is anyone interested in studying these files? Or does anyone know of an expert who COULD? I plan to format soon, so if interested, don't delay asking. Ask by replying to this post.
Maybe this is one hacker we can nail. Reply to this post and ask. I'll send the collection. Take precautions in case they're toxic somehow.
