Can anyone help me with Gene Timeline Home 2014?

I purchased this Genie Timeline Home 2014 and I guess I must be really dense because I can't figure out how to make a recovery disk. I follow the instructions, which seem very simple, but nothing is happening.

I followed the simple instructions to create both the USB Disk, and the ISO disk, but nothing happens. After I complete the instructions nothing is created on my desktop (ISO) or on my external hard drive (USB).

I would so appreciate some help. I emailed the company last night and still haven't heard from them. I'm trying to figure out how to get this thing going and they are not impressing me by not answering. I can't seem to find any specific/exclusive forum for Genie Timeline. :cry
