Can Bitdefender Anti Ransomware And Cybereason Run Side By Side?

i would like to use them both because they target different variants.is it possible to use both without any conflict?
i already have cybereason & BD free anti virus installed,but the free version does not have ransomware protection.

Probably not a good idea. See this article:

If you use a program like CryptoPrevent and set it for 'Maximum' protection it includes new threats. But you have to manually install updates in the free version.

The 'Latest Videos....' thread above in the forum has guides to all those ransomer programs.
