Can deleted files from Outlook be recovered

    Fellow techs,
    A customer has called me with this problem: he accidently deleted files from Outlook (not Express). They didn't go to the Recycle Bin. I have some data recovery apps, but before trying that, I was wondering if anyone knows a way to recover deleted Outlook files.
    I've told him not to write ANYTHING to the hdd in the meantime.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated,
