Can I customize a Microsoft Tilt wheel function?

I have a Microsoft Optical 3000 mouse, with the thumb button and tilt wheel. Through the mouse interface program, I have been able to customize the function of the thumb button and the click function of the wheel for use in gaming, but the interface program has no option for customizing the tilt function, and I'd like to be able to change pushing it right to Page Up and pushing it left to Page Down. Is there anyway to do this?
