can i get some help,please?

not sure if this is the place to post..sorry if it is not..my problem is on some websites or posts,i cant see the pictures..some pictures i can see but sometimes its the redx..i need to do some research on a website but i cant see the pics..is there something i need to download or settings that need to be changed? i have windows xp home

 

in an internet explorer window click the tools menu > internet options > a dialog box will appear. click the advanced tab and then click the restore defaults button. Then click the security tab and click the internet icon and then click the default level button. do this for the intranet zone trusted and restricted zones as well. you will see what I mean when you get there. Let me know how it goes.

open internet explorer while signed on and do what i suggested. aol only masks internet explorer.

I'm filing a complaint with a company that did some construction work at our house in an email (snail mail also) and am inserting 3 pictures from my computer. Have been working on this letter for a few days now and sometimes when I go to my draft, the pictures are red X only, other times the pictures are there. Why would this happen? I use Earthlink.

I will do what is suggested in the posts on this thread, but how can I be sure that the pictures will be seen by the recipient of the email? Or should I insert a PhotoBucket link? Thanks in advance.

 

I didn't sleep good last night, brain isn't working too well this am. Gee, why didn't I think of that? Guess my mind was set on inserting the picts. Thanks.
