Nvidia has the drivers on it's site HERE.

All Nvidia graphic cards use the same driver, the latest being ForceWare 66.93.

Uninstall any onboard video drivers, shut down, install your video card, start the computer and go to the Bios and make sure that you have any onboard video disabled.

Reboot, and once you reach desktop Windows should find new hardware.

After that you can then just install the video drivers.

the video card is installed already...why is it that the only drivers that work at the moment are the ones that came with the card on a cd? also nvidia doesnt have good support..whats the proper way to install the drivers? please help,anyone...

I gave you the basic method above.

Uninstall any video drivers you have, reboot, go straight to your Bios, make sure it's set up properly, exit, then when you are in Desktop, install the drivers you want.

Some graphic card manufacturers write optimised drivers for their cards, but I have never heard of one not being able to use the chipset manufacturer's drivers like Nvidia or ATI.

The above procedure should work, but you have to uninstall any existing video drivers first.
