Can I make Outlook Express links open in Firefox?

I am using Windows XP and use Outlook Express for email. I switched to Firefox a couple of weeks ago and really like it. I want to know if there is a way to make Firefox my default browser in OE. Every time I click a link in OE it automatically opens in IE even if I have Firefox opened. Is it because I am also using Juno (unfortunately) which automatically opens IE to their homepage every time you log on.

I have learned so much since finding this board but couldn't find the answer to this particular question although I tried.

The SetBrowser program worked for me just fine until I restarted Juno. Then IE was reset as the default browser. Do you think I'm stuck with this problem as long as I'm using Juno?
