Can I Remove Foxit Phantom And Replace It With Windows Notepad?

I used to have Windows notepad on my old computer, but I got a new one ( Windows 7 Professional 64 bit Service Pack 1) and it has Fox It Phantom.
I can't make columns on it, like I could on Windows Notepad. Don't like a lot of things about it, but always liked (and got used to) Windows Notepad.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

After checking, I'm not sure Windows notepad was what I thought it was. I want one that you can type and make columns and move margins easily and change space between lines easily. My past computer had it but I can't think of what it was called. Foxit Phantom is not near as good.

 

Perhaps you're thinking of WordPad.
Start > All Programs > Accessories > WordPad.

 

I downloaded it but can't find the button to click on to choose how many columns.

 

I already have Wordpad.
