Can I Remove These Useless Explorer Entries?

I went to click on my options in my File Explorer of Windows 10 the other day, and I noticed both Groove and BtiDefender Wallet have snuck into this area needlessly. I don't need either of these (especially since I've never used Groove in my life and never will). The only solution I found is disabling/enabling add-ons for Intenet Explorer, but that is outdated and doesn't work for me.

Is there a simple registry key I can delete that will allow me to remove these entries from this menu, much like I have done in the past with other areas of Windows? Screenshot attached.

I already had Shellexview installed, and checked there. Looks like that's for context menu stuff only, not that Windows Explorer menu. But I will try some of the others. Thanks a lot!
