Can I uninstall this?

    Hello everyone!
    I wanted to know if I can uninstall this: MSXML 4.0 SP2... I have 4 different ones in my pc, but all have different numbers at the end like this : (kb927978) etc. The first one is from june 07 and the last one was on december 08, can I uninstall the old ones or I have to keep all of them.

    Need help, critical error with MSXML6 service pack 2 (KB954459)
    When attempting to uninstall it says "fatal error during intallation". Please help, thank you!
