Can I update bios on ATI Radeon 9550 agp

So i want to update the bios on my ATI.....
Does anybody know how to do it.....????
Where can i get the files......????

 

...and your reason for wanting to do this is? Unless there is a specific issue that an update will solve that is documented in the change log, I'd not do it. I'm of the type that says, if it ain't broke then don't try and fix it.

What can I say, google is your friend.

 

You really don't want to flash your video card bios unless you really have to. If you mess up or something goes wrong you can mess it up permanently.

 

The picture looks like crap........
From the Bios to the Win Xp....There are blue..green shades all over....
It looks like My Atari is crashing and I need to hit the power swith and take out the game and blow on it.......its that bad.......
I wish i knew how tio take a desktop screenshot and show it to you guys and youl understand.....
I think somebody overclocked it before check out the ratings for Real Clock....
And theres a big drag in Bios boot time with this card....its between 20sec and 1 min before the Bios starts to read what IDEs are installed....

thats what i have.....how can i fix it......

 

Do you have passive or active cooling(with fans)?
If passive replace,if active check maybe your fan is not spining right,so it's overheated.

 

I have passive......thats stock with out a fan right......
I always thought it was fan or fanless.........

anyways ill try to mount a fan on it or take a passive hs off another card that fits......
