I have no idea how to do this (without the monitor), but I also wanna know what ports you need for it.

To do this you need a 'VGA Box' and you're consoles AV Multi Cable Output cable.

Yes, that's what the AV Multi Cable Output is and a VGA Box or VGA Converter:

A VGA box is a video converter that allows alternate video codes to utilize a VGA monitor. Video signals converted on this kind of unit range from S-Video to composite video signals. Some VGA boxes have audio outputs on them so that they can also act as plug adaptors for RCA audio inputs to utilize computer speakers. People have used this type of device so they can utilize their game consoles, VCRs and DVD players on their computer monitor.
