Can not boot computer

Computer will not boot up, not even into bios. I've tried the delete and F8 keys trying to get into the bios to no avail. I turn the computer power on, the pwr supply starts, all fans are running, drives lite up, the mb lites up but I don't get the familiar beep that the computer is up and running. No safe mode available, no dos prompt available, no nothing. Computer has been running great! This has got me banging my head against the table. Any of you smart folks out there have a suggestion. Thanks in advance!

hv u tried clearing cmos or it might be your power supply it might sound weird but try another power supply
