Can not delete Broadband medic

I used to be with NTL and changed to sky I can not however delete broadband medic from my pc. I have tried to delete it via add or remove programs but it is not there when I do a search for it in all files and folders it finds the uninstall file.exe for it but when I click on it it tells me to open control panel and run add remove programs but the broadband medic programme is not there . How can I find a way to delete from my pc?

CCleaner will probably be the easiest way to uninstall this

Run the program and choose "Tools" from the menu running down the left side of the screen.
This should show all the programs installed on your system and allow you to uninstall it from there.
