I purchased a used corporate laptop with Win XP Pro.
I attempted to create a wifi home network and then do wifi printing.

Somewhere along the line , a print job got hung up and was sitting in the print queue .

My goal is to delete/ cancel this document from printing.

When I query the printer , it states :
    Document : 1
    Status: Deleting

However , the document never deletes / cancels.

    An error message appears :
" Operation could not be completed. Access is denied. "

Additional investigation reveals that the laptop has the author of the document as : Guest --but, I wrote it under my user profile , and I had deleted Guest Account as a possible listing option several days ago.

I suspect that Win XP Pro does not recognize me as having authority to cancel this document. My limited understanding is that there are 3 levels of authority with varying degrees of capabilties , only CREATOR can cancel someone else's document . I don't know how to authorize myself .

Can anyone assist me in deleting this?
I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer -- did not resolve the issue.
