Can Not Install Steam for Counter-Strike

    Ya since ive installed the program Norton Internet Security 2005 and for some reason i cant install the program steam. This is what it says when i finish installing the program " Error: You Have No Access to make the required system conforgation modifacations. " Any Help :confused: :eek:

    steam requires you to connect to the internet and it binds some ports to try and configure norton to allow steam or just disable norton untill the install is finished.
