Can not remove DyFuCa from my system

I have a problem. I can not remove a spyware called DyFuCa from my pc. I have spybot and McAfee, and McAfee didn't detect it, but Spybot did. the problem is it can't clean it. I friend how helps me with my pc problems and kinda manages my network at my company sent directions, and I tried them, but it still is there. Also something keeps messing around with my McAfee software once it is installed, and I see a icon called MskDetect flash up on my monitor every once in a while. I am pretty green at this trouble shooting, and any help I can get would be very much appreciated. Any tips on using McAfee would also be appreciated, as I don't really care for it, but I have payed for it, so I might as well use it to the fullest. The tech from them sucks, too say the least.
