   I have been trying since 3.09 came out with no luck. I am also dealing with a hijacked computer and wonder if it is the culprit.
   
   What I do is go to change/uninstall and click to unistall. Some times it asks me if I really want to uninstall and other times it does nothing, and a few times it says to wait until another unistall is complete.
   
   But it never goes away. :confused
