Can not upgrade to Internet Explorer 10 or 11

    Until yesterday I was unable to install windows updates until I turn off Zemana Antilogger, Malwarebytes, and Norton Internet Security’s antivirus and firewall protection. After doing this I was able to have 16 of 18 updates installed.

    Internet Explorer 10 & 11 attempted to download but failed. Several attempts on my part also failed.

    I am on Windows 7 Pro with an i7 processor and 12Gb of ram.

    I am also running CCleaner in startup mode. I have Chrome and IE9 installed.

    You need Service Pack 1 to install Internet Explorer 10 or 11.

    What error message and any alpha-numeric codes showed with the failed downloads?
