Can only browse internet in Safe Mode

Okay, now i must stress that i have tried everything i have found on the internet. I won't list it here, but i KNOW it isn't anything to do with malware, and i know it isn't solved by using any commands.

So here's the story. I got my new computer last week. It's running Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit, and it works fine for the most part. Now, i can connect to my router fine, and so can my ipod and my mums pc, but they can also browse the web. I cannot. Whenever i try to browse the web it loads for ages before telling me that the internet couldn't connect.

Since i got my computer i have only been on the internet in Safe Mode, which is highly irritating as i can't download the things i need to browse the web efficiently.

Any help is massively appreciated, and i will add my HijackThis.log when i transfer it from my computer to this one.
