Can only run in safe mode

Hi guys,

I am a newbie, but wish to say thank you for all your help on previous issues, as I have followed other user's problems through these threads and were able to "fix" them.

Anyways, I'm at a point where my laptop is in serious trouble. XP loads up and desktop appears, but I cannot start any application whatsoever although my cursor can move on the desktop. The start menu does not open, and I cannot open the task manager.

About 6 months ago I noticed that I received a hack or virus if somekind... when I run AVG it said (and still says) my "kernel - changed", "hosts-changed", etc....

I went through you entire malware and xp clean-up posts without cheating. I used Ccleaner, Smartdefrag, ComboFox, etc etc etc. The only 2 things that didn't work are new version of Java and SuperAntiSpyware because "the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" even though I am logged in as admnistrator.

Attached are the 3 logs I was able to get.
