Can somebody help me?

Idk whats going on but my computer isnt working right. Its not allowing me to log into my account using normal windows startup. It gets stuck at that microsoft corporation scrolly bar thing, and I can only go on safemode. Ive tried system restore but its not helping. I took a diagnostic and it didnt pass the driver test because for some weird reason i think that my driver was uninstalled. I never uninstalled any drivers, so whats going on? Can someone help plz?

 

The memory diagnostic test says Biohd-8 : A Smart Test failed ...
I just got this computer 3 months ago, how could my harddrive be failing like that. I paid like 800 something for it.

 

Hi swoops456, If you bought that computer NEW only 3 months ago, I suggest you contact the place that sold it to you.. It may still be under warranty... the company should stand behind their product...

IF you bought it used, it may well have a failed hard drive... Please let us know which of these apply to you...

You may want to post in the hardware if it is used, and see if they can help you with it, but if it is a new computer, find your receipt, and have a GOOD LONG TALK with the salesman.. Lemons are built every day.....

If you have a used system, do provide with more details like Brand, XP or VISTA, and what browser etc..... I wish you luck

 

Also what,if any, cleaners you have used. Some registry cleaners are too aggressive and remove more than needs to be removed.Results can be as fatal as a machine that won't even boot.

 

so are you getting any specific error message?

are you trying the system restore with the cd or in safe mode?
