Sorry, there is too much here that makes it difficult to help you. Attaching an inline log moved your post to spam. We don't know what you had, how you got it, how you supposedly removed it or much of anything else. A rootkit log will not be of any help either. Had you started with our malware team we could be of further assistance but it would be faster to have reinstalled Windows at this point. You might try Windows Repair to see if it fixes any problems you had otherwise save your important files, settings and spend a few hours reinstalling Windows:

Also, while you may have completely removed the malware, that does not mean the malware did not cause damage while in there. Malware removal programs and processes typically just remove the malware, they don't repair Windows or any other collateral damage.

I also note RootRepeal is a beta program. Beta programs should not be used except on test machines, or when all else has failed and this is a last ditch effort. And it does not support Windows 7, or any 64-bit OS. That suggests it is not very current. If you want to use a beta program, want to get your hands dirty, and since I agree with Major Attitude and think a reinstall is eminent anyway, check out the new offering from Microsoft, Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper Beta.
