Can someone help me with this hijackthis log?

Hi.I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to help a friend fix their PC. It seems they have all kinds of the downloader trojan (downloader.agent, etc.) I ran spybot, cwshredder, rebooted and here is my hijack log. Please help.

Here is the log. I am at work, so I have not run it recently, but this is the most recent log. I have tried to remove some items, but I am not sure it is working. Please let me know.
